When will I get my Tracking ID?

As soon as your order is dispatched (usually within 24 hours), your Tracking / AWB number is sent on WhatsApp, SMS and email. You can then enter your Order ID + email/phone on this page to see the live status.

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

Yes, COD is available on most pincodes (with a ₹40 handling charge). Whether COD is available for your area shows automatically at checkout, or you can confirm it by sharing your pincode on WhatsApp.

How do I cancel my order or change the address?

An order can be cancelled or its address changed before dispatch. Message +91 95920 80634 on WhatsApp with your Order ID and we will process it as quickly as possible.

What if a product arrives damaged or wrong?

Please do not worry. Send an unboxing video/photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. This is covered under our 7-Day Easy Return policy.

When is shipping free?

Shipping is completely FREE on all orders above ₹499. Below that, a small delivery charge applies, which is shown clearly at checkout.
