Which power supply (SMPS) do I need for pixel LEDs?
WS2811 pixel LEDs use a 5V or 12V SMPS (depending on the LED type). Rough calculation: about 30W per 100 pixels. Example: 500 LEDs = 150W, so a 5V 40A (200W) supply works well. If unsure, share your LED count on WhatsApp and we will suggest the exact supply.
Can the controller be operated from a mobile?
Yes. WiFi controllers run from a mobile app — you can control patterns, speed, colours and brightness from your phone. The 2K WiFi Controller also includes a 4GB SD card with ready-made patterns.
How long does delivery take? Is COD available?
Order before 3 PM = same-day dispatch. Delivery in 2–7 days (depending on your location). COD is available on most pincodes (₹40 extra). Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
Which setup should I choose for a wedding or event?
For large wedding/commercial setups, Parallel Controllers (8–40 ports) are best — 50/100 LEDs per port. For smaller home decor, a WiFi controller + pixel string is enough. The Ready Made Setup category also has pre-configured combos that install instantly.
How do returns or replacements work if a product is defective?
