What if a product is out of stock?

How many LEDs and which SMPS or controller do I need?
Share your area size or design idea on WhatsApp, or try our Setup Calculator — we will recommend the right number of pixels, SMPS and controller.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes. Our team helps you on WhatsApp (+91 95920 80634) with wiring, SMPS and controller setup, and troubleshooting for your pixel LED products.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
Take photos before opening, then within 24 hours WhatsApp us. Free replacement or full refund — guaranteed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing. After dispatch, please use return process (7-day window).
Do you have a physical store?
We are an online store based in Malerkotla, Punjab. Pickup can be arranged by appointment for bulk orders.
Do you provide product specifications?
Yes. Each product page lists the key details such as voltage, IC type and LED count. For anything specific, just ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you help with custom or large decoration setups?
