2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and GST inclusive where applicable
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time
- Product images are for representation and the actual product may differ slightly
- Stock availability is subject to confirmation
3. Orders
- You receive an automatic confirmation when you place an order
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order
- Orders may be cancelled in case of incorrect pricing or stock information
- COD orders may require a verification call
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery (on selected pincodes) and EMI options. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).
5. Shipping
- Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 3 PM
- Delivery time is usually 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- Delays caused by the courier or weather are beyond our control

- Fake or spam content in reviews is not allowed
10. Disputes
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Malerkotla, Punjab. Please try to resolve any concern first through WhatsApp or email.
