When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 3 PM on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on Sundays and holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

How much are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on all orders of ₹499 and above. For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹50 charge applies. COD orders carry an additional ₹40 handling fee.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to almost all serviceable pincodes across India. If you are unsure, share your pincode with us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the delivery and the estimated time.

How do I track my order?

After dispatch, your tracking / AWB number is sent via SMS, email and WhatsApp. You can also check the status live on our Track Order page.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available on most pincodes with a small ₹40 handling fee. Prepaid orders (UPI, card or netbanking) are processed and dispatched a little faster.
